About Family Lawyer Catherine A. Haber
Catherine A. Haber graduated from the University of Toronto with a Bachelor of Arts degree. Thereafter she attended Queen's Law School and obtained her L.L.B. (law degree). She articled at the former firm of Justice John White in Hamilton, Ontario. Catherine A. Haber has also participated in numerous continuing legal education programs and attended a mediation course at the University of Toronto.
Ms. Haber has practiced exclusively in the field of family law for more than 35 years. She has appeared in all levels of courts, including the Ontario Court, Family Division; the Ontario Superior Court of Justice, Family Division; and the Ontario Court of Appeal.
Additionally, Ms. Haber has acted as a panel member of the (now) Office of the Children’s Lawyer. Recently, Ms. Haber was appointed to act as a Dispute Resolution Officer in the Superior Court of Justice, Family Division, in Milton, Ontario.
Ms. Haber is married with 2 children and resides in Burlington, Ontario.
